• Bayesian Analysis-statical approach to combating spam. A probability value is assigned to each word in an email; the probability is based on calculations that take into account how often that word occurs in spam as opposed to legitimate mail
• Denial of Service Security Protection-protects against system vulnerabilities and and attacks
• IP Block List- ability to block spam originating from a specific IP address block

Once mail has been scanned, it's immediately sent to your server(s) without delay.
If the system is uncertain about a message, it will be tagged as "Bulk". The end user can then tag classify these messages as spam, or legitimate email using the outlook plug-in supplied. The system will then use this input to help it classify future messages.
